Concept to Completion: Full set of house plans developed from initial concept to working drawings.

Building Consent: Achieved building consent for house plans from Auckland Council.

Manufacturing: Completed the manufacture of all houses ex-factory to client specifications.

Compliance and Delivery: Final Code of Compliance issued for each house, delivered to sites onto pre-installed screw piles.

Installation: Conducted remedial touch-ups on-site and completed final handover to the developer.

Manufacturing Overview: Our off-site manufacturing approach ensures that all homes are built in a controlled environment at our Drury facility. This method mitigates weather-related delays and ensures a consistent quality across all units. The houses are then transported to the site and installed onto pre-installed screw piles, allowing for rapid and efficient site turnover.

Typologies

Standalone Homes: 48 homes designed with spacious layouts, perfect for family living. These homes offer ample space and flexibility, making them ideal for a variety of household sizes.

Single-Level Duplexes: 25 duplex units designed for optimal use of space and privacy. These units cater to smaller families or individuals, offering a practical and comfortable living solution.

Display Show Homes: 6 village homes showcasing different configurations and design options available, providing potential buyers with a tangible example of what their future home could look like.
